THE FINALS Destruction of the Week Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility to enter

1.1. Entry is open to individuals aged 13 or older. Entrants aged between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) must obtain parental or guardian consent to participate. This competition is void in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law.
1.2. Employees of Embark or affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

2. How to enter

2.1. To enter, participants must post a video clip of destruction within THE FINALS game, using the hashtag #THEFINALSDOTW. Participation is free of charge and does not require any purchase or payment.
2.2. Each participant may submit multiple entries, but only one clip will be eligible to make the top three.
2.3. By participating in the competition and using the designated hashtag #THEFINALSDOTW, participants confirm their agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Participants’ personal information such as usernames may be collected and processed for the purposes of administering the competition and determining and presenting the winner, in accordance with Embark’s Privacy Policy.

3. Competition timeline

3.1. The Destruction of the Week competition opens for entries at 12:00 p.m. (GMT) on Friday, December 6th, 2024, and a new competition opens each Friday thereafter.
3.2. Entries close at 11:59pm (GMT) on Sunday 8th December 2024, and each respective Sunday after.
3.3. On Tuesday, December 10th, 2024 (and each subsequent Tuesday after), a panel will shortlist the top three entries, and a public vote will open for 48 hours.
3.4. The final winner will be announced on Friday, December 13th, when the next competition launches (and each respective Friday after), and contacted via private message.

4. Prize

4.1. The prize for the competition is an exclusive in-game charm, awarded to the account associated with the winning video clip.
4.2. The prize is a non-transferable virtual item, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other items.

5. Use of entries

5.1. By submitting an entry, participants grant Embark a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and share their entry video clip for marketing and promotional purposes across Embark’s social media, website, and other marketing materials.
5.2. Participants will retain ownership of their entry but agree to Embark's right to promote and share it as described above.

6. Winner Selection

6.1. The top three entries will be determined by Embark’s judging panel based on creativity, engagement, and originality. All decisions by the judging panel are final.
6.2. The final winner will be chosen through a public vote held on THE FINALS’ TikTok channel, with voting open for 48 hours after the top three are announced.

7. General

7.1. Embark reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, THE FINALS' Terms of Service and End User License Agreement or any applicable platform policies.
7.2. Embark reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.
